The social facility positioned in Second Phase of Istanbul Basaksehir Project and placed in the centre of Mavera Basaksehir.

Project is designed as a four floor construction. The floors are hosting different functions. On basement floor,  fitness center, pool, Turkish bath and sauna, on ground floor a large cafeteria and on first floor day care center (serving children age groups of  0-2 / 2-4 and 4-6)  on attic, mesjid are positioned.
