'Gaziantep Human Resources Center is a collaboration project of Gaziantep Municipality and Gaziantep University. The context is to gather university graduates that can be arranged meetings, workshops and conferences for their self development.The building consists of two parts, which one is conference and other is office part. The design decision of the building is relative to its functions inside. With the reason of the location in the 100.Year Ataturk Park, the green roof is thought as a continuous element with its environment. The building has the feature of being first passive house project with a certification in Turkey. For the project, running under 'Kilis Ecological Planning Model' is planned to provide %90 energy efficiency by using performance basis- architectural techniques.  The project is designed in collaboration with Arch.
